About Ali Hussein

As a restaurant manager at Riyadh International Catering Corp.(McDonald's), I oversee the daily operations of one of the largest and busiest branches in the city. I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Lebanese International University. I also have a passion for teaching and customer interaction, and I train and coach the staff, as well as handle customer feedback and complaints. I have more than five years of experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked as a team supervisor and a head waiter at Kronfol, a leading Lebanese restaurant chain. I have developed core competencies in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, and I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance. My goal is to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, and to contribute to the success and growth of the company.
