I have a Master of Business Administration degree and Industrial Engineering degree with practical experience in setting up high performing teams and delivering complex projects. I am currently leading a team at Randstad Australia, one of the leading recruitment and HR services providers in the world. My mission is to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and candidates. In my current role, I leverage my analytical, operational, and communication skills to manage various projects and processes across different sectors and functions. I am responsible for sourcing and placing professional talents in procurement, finance, data, communication and HR roles for public and private organizations. I also oversee the contract management, payroll, and reporting functions for our clients and candidates. I have successfully delivered multiple large and complex contracts, such as the one with the Australian Public Service, where I sourced and placed procurement advisors and officers, Data Analysts and Finance professionals within tight deadlines. I have also received multiple awards and recognitions for achieving my KPIs and exceeding sales targets in my previous roles.
