Current PositionProudly serving as Group Manger of Organizational Effectiveness for the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), McDermott delivers an integrated suite of organizational development, change management, management/union collaboration, leadership development, succession planning and coaching programs designed to drive optimal organizational change. Also led ATO Employee Development, delivering a broad portfolio of Talent Development programs, to include: career planning (MyATOCareer@FAA, Career Services Center), succession planning (ATO-SPP), leadership development (Technical Operations Leadership Development Program, Air Traffic Leadership Development Program, Operations Manager Leadership Development Program, Technical Operations Manager Leadership Development Program, FAAMA Leadership Development Program, Succeeding in Your First Year and Leaders Teaching Leaders). McDermott also led the Leadership and Career Development Partnership, a ground-breaking initiative that partners senior leadership, program offices and stakeholders to drive effective, fiscally responsible talent management solutions for the ATO operation.
