For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, investment, and strategy in life sciences—helping biotech, medtech, and healthtech companies build world-class teams, secure funding, and scale effectively. Beyond talent, I’ve led high-performing teams, built advisory practices, and worked directly with the NHS COVID Taskforce on London’s Vaccine Programme. Now, as Co-Founder of Elucid8, I’m focused on helping life sciences organisations find the right leadership and strategic direction to de-risk growth and drive innovation. At the same time, I’ve taken on the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Augere Medical, where we’re using AI for cancer diagnostics to bring cutting-edge technology to real-world patient care. After JPM, I had a challenge put to me —to build a platform for real conversations in life sciences. That led me to launch Navigating the Maze, a podcast where founders, investors, and industry leaders discuss leadership, investment, and regulation—the real challenges that shape the future of this space.
