Key Career Impressions: Led a 15-member team in executing a comprehensive transformation of the IT department at Enviva (the world’s largest producer of industrial wood pellets), including driving a full technology stack refresh and launching a new data science function. Drove the end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise technology projects to transform and streamline business processes, information systems, and manufacturing capabilities at Enviva, including: o A $10M project to implement an enterprise-wide log management system. o Migration of the ERP to Azure, including creating a stakeholder register for the ERP upgrade. o Delivery of a MVP solution and a subsequent product release for a datamart project. o Addition of new functionalities into the fiber procurement system and migration of the system to the cloud. o Enhancement of the existing HRIS in line with business requirements, which saved $2M in costs. o Integration of newly acquired brownfield/greenfield sites with the D365 platform (an $800M program). Spearheaded an $8M project to customize Itineris’ UMAX utility ERP billing software (built originally for the European market) to the US market and drive its implementation with the City of Baltimore to serve the city’s 410K+ water and wastewater customers.
