I am a Partner at Savannah Group, leading the Global People and Culture practice with a focus on senior roles within a wide range of sectors including consumer, technology, industrial and financial services. I bring a wealth of experience to clients having been in Executive search for 20 years and more recently working for a technology company leading their Executive Employee Experience within the HR Leadership team. We help organisations diagnose leadership needs, design tailored talent strategies, and deliver high-impact results through executive search, interim management, and talent intelligence. Our next generation approach combines deep expertise with data, insight and pace, powered by MapX, our proprietary AI-enabled leadership analytics platform. In addition to my day job I am Deputy Chair of Governors at St Paul's Boys' School; chairing the Nominations and Remunerations Committee, Governor responsible for the Boarding House and member of the Finance Committee. I Co-Chaired the Careers Committee at Notting Hill and Ealing High School, one of the GDST schools for 5 years.
