About Ali Powers

I developed a comprehensive Wellness Program, department, educational and marketing strategy, and strategic response to our employees’ most frequently reported mental and physical health conditions. With the unending support of leadership, I now lead a group of 16 Wellness Champions across all 7 of our locations across the Midwest. Our goal has always been to meet individuals where they are, and offer the support they need to reach their personal health and wellbeing goals. Furthermore, to create a culture where health and wellbeing are prioritized and clearly thriving in our work environments. We’re achieving this by having trained, compassionate advocates at each location to educate employees and are available for meetings to discuss how our various programs and resources may be of assistance. Building healthier lives, together. I am extremely proud in founding this program that has already positively impacted so many lives, and for the incredible team I have the pleasure to work with.
