About Ali Ranjbar

A technical leader with both strategic and operational thinking, high IQ & EQ and 25+ years of experience in different roles across five industries. I am an evangelist for the revolution happening in automotive/autonomous industry. I want to help to make the Connected, Autonomous, Shared Mobility, Electrification (CASE) a reality in the automotive/autonomous industry. My goal is to contribute toward making Autonomous Driving secure and safe. I established an unique approach to Product safety (AD), ADAS), by using ISO 26262 as basis, add ISO 2148 on top of it and finally build UL 4600 and 2846 standard (based on Mobileye Responsibility Sensitive Safety (RSS)). The last piece of puzzle will be remote monitoring. I am a big critic of the current approach to Product Safety in AD and believe we need to come up with a formal model to define Product Safety in AD in an open source and standard manner. A big advocated for Digital Twin, simulation and AI in automtoive. Very strong technical background, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), hands on experience in SW intensive, FW, SW/HW co-design (still write code and troubleshoot in the lab ), system & SW architecture ( SysML & UML) ALM, PLM. Improved organizational process and governance improvements, Connected Car, ADAS, safety, cyber security, IIoT, 5G. PLM, ALM. Experienced and interested in building and establishing a Win-Win relationship between OEMs and suppliers.
