About Ali Sahinbas

I am a trilingual Digital Media and Radio Executive with 25+ years of experience leading teams, building media brands, and creating content ecosystems that resonate with millions of listeners. As COO of Karnaval Media Group, I oversee one of Turkey’s largest radio and digital audio networks — 5 national FM stations, 30+ digital-only stations, and 60+ podcasts — driving both audience growth and revenue innovation. I’ve spearheaded app development, data-driven playlisting (via Chartmetric), podcast network expansion, and partnerships with global players like Virgin Radio International, Apple Music, and Triton Digital. My lifelong career in music began in 1998 as Fuchs. Since then, I’ve founded Dinamo.fm (Istanbul’s pioneering digital radio), performed internationally, and produced remixes for top artists. This dual perspective as both an executive and a creator gives me a unique lens on building engaging, authentic content. Colleagues and partners know me for motivational leadership, creative problem-solving, and integrity in business. My passion for music fuels my ability to connect audiences, brands, and talent in ways that build loyalty and lasting impact.
