With years of work experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, I am a passionate and dedicated HSE Advisor at The PAC Group, a global engineering and consulting firm. My core competencies include HSE engineering, auditing, training, and supervision, as well as excavation safety, confined space, and heavy lifting. My mission is to ensure the compliance of HSE standards and regulations in various projects and industries, and to promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness among all stakeholders. I value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my most recent role as Project HSE Manager at RENFE OPERADORA, I was responsible for the HSE compliance during the construction of Madinah Depot and Makkah Depot workshops, which involved civil, mechanical, electrical, and OCS works. I supervised and managed the HSE activities of HFO and HCO tanks construction and erection, and coordinated with contractors, subcontractors, and clients on HSE matters. I also conducted regular inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and provided HSE training and awareness sessions to the staff and workers. I successfully completed the project with zero fatalities and minimal injuries, and received recognition from the client and the consortium for my HSE performance.
