About Ali Sarmad

I have done MBA from COMSATS Islamabad in Finance than i joined a Family Group based manufacturing company and worked there mainly on costing of products that gave me a breif exposure of costing approach and techniques. After working for five years there i moved to KSA and joined a retail giant of KSA, Apparel Group as a Senior Accountant there my duty is to monitor Payable, Vendors and Treasury functions for almost four years. In 2019 i joined EXAP Projects Company (member of KFB Holding group) as a Financial Controller. Here my main task is to control work in process inventory by monitoring Job Order Costing of services provided including materials cost, labor cost and overhead cost and overseeing the whole Financial matters of the company including treasury, cash flow, budgeting, variance analysis, preparation and interpretation of financial statements, monitoring and evaluating actual performance with budgeted figures. risk assesment, break even analysis, internal control strategies and to monitor inter company reconciliations between the group companies.
