With 15+ years of experience in the delivery of complex technology projects for enterprise clients across diverse industry sectors (Banking & Finance, Mining, Petroleum, Government, Transport, Oil & Gas), I have harnessed systems thinking, a passion for cloud solutions and emerging technologies, and a highly collaborative approach to design, develop and optimise award-winning, best-in-class solutions. Over the past 9 years, with MCS Digital, I have been instrumental in driving the growth of the business; leading client-facing projects and internal transformation to position MCS as an industry leader both within Australia and internationally. In my current role as a technical leader, I work as technology solution and project delivery lead to manage a dynamic portfolio of complex technology projects, leading a globally-dispered team of multidisciplinary experts in the strategic design, development and delivery of technology transformation programs As the project manager (Critical Communications Infrastructure) for Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the Sydney Metro driverless trains project, I have achieved international industry recognition, receiving the ICCW 2021 Excellence Award for Best Use of Critical Communications Systems in the Transport Industry. I have developed and built a lean high-performing team of technical project managers who work flexibly to deliver across the portfolio.
