About Ali Tall
Working for the University of Saskatchewan for over ten years has fueled my passion for working with students pursuing their post-secondary education to meet their career goals. Throughout my time on campus the need for increased experiential learning programming has been apparent. By creating opportunities for experiential learning in the classroom and coursework, community, on campus and work focused placements there are ways to engage all university undergraduate and graduate students. The opportunity to lead the RBC Learn to Work, Work to Learn Program in the College of Agriculture and Bioresources and now working to expand the program across the USask campus has been and continues to be exhilarating and rewarding. The RBC LTW WTL Program helps students develop the necessary skills to enter the workforce and to enhance their career opportunities. Through interactive workshops, events, and a skills-focused learning course built around summer work experiences this program gives students a variety of opportunities to network and gain insight from industry employers.
