About Ali Walker

I am a Utah native who has lived in many different states from Maine to California and between before replanting my roots in the Beehive state. I love reading, writing, running, and heavy metal music. I can talk all day about nerd culture (Star Wars, anyone)? My other passion lies in animal welfare, so much so that I have volunteered with a local cat rescue and fostered many homeless felines in my home. I have 5+ years of customer service experience, have written articles and composed monthly newsletters for a sales tax outsourcing company, and have written several books and self-published two. Current and past positions have given me a solid foundation in finances and sales tax, as well as a knack for data analysis. Above all, I am always interested in learning new skills and putting my creativity to work. I believe that kindness and empathy, sprinkled in with a little perseverance, is the key to a happy, successful life.
