About Ali Wardana

After graduating in 2014, I joined Johnson & Johnson, a leading global healthcare company. At Johnson & Johnson, I gained valuable internship experience and officially became a member of the company in 2016. My work location and responsibilities will depend on the specific position and nature of my work. Over the past few years, I have worked in multiple departments and gained a wealth of experience. I was responsible for planning, executing and monitoring marketing initiatives, including developing go-to-market strategies, merchandising strategies and sales forecasts. My goal is to get consumers to identify with our products and help the company grow rapidly. Johnson & Johnson and its team attach great importance to R&D and marketing efforts in the field of cancer. We collaborate with other pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organizations to develop new treatments and technologies. In addition, we are committed to advancing cancer education and management, providing support and resources to patients and physicians. I was responsible for developing a new marketing strategy that increased our product sales by 20%. I led a team that successfully developed a new cancer treatment. While working at Johnson & Johnson, I achieved outstanding performance and made important contributions. In August 2021, I officially joined the headquarters of Johnson & Johnson in the United States as the executive director of pharmaceuticals.
