As a Principal Scientist in Process Development, I specialize in synthetic route design, process optimization, and scale-up for small molecules in a CDMO environment. My expertise spans organic synthesis, reaction kinetics, and analytical characterization, with a focus on developing efficient, scalable, and compliant manufacturing processes for early phase drug substances. Throughout my career, I have been committed to process innovation, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that developed processes meet cGMP standards and industry regulations (ICH, FDA).
