About Alias Eldho

I have worked in the construction industry for 8+ years, ultimately gaining experience and falling in love with the beautiful concept of project management. This concept challenged and taught me how to plan resources and powerful execution at the front to see the end product. Also, this concept taught me how to face with everyday surprises, challenges and to solve the issues comes with it. At the end of the day when you look back you will realize, hey, you have a become a people person as well by learning and applying the team management skills. My current position helped me to learn and apply a lot of concepts in the general contracting and construction industry. To be precise, I have experienced all the stages of construction eco system, from the bid stages, estimating, contract negotiation, submittals, material purchases, vendor & sub-contractor management, payments, project execution & closeout. I think the best part of me is my adaptability to any situations & being a constant learner. As I believe, the day you stop learning, your growth is affected as beautifully presented to us by Albert Einstein.
