About Alice Bennett

I have extensive experience as a learning and development specialist, writing and delivering ILM-accredited leadership and management programmes with a focus on thinking skills and reflective learning (through coaching). I develop e-learning courses and have experience with Skillgate, Learning Pool (Adapt), Canva, Articulate and Adobe Captivate. I have also taught creative writing with an emphasis on fusing writing and thinking skills. I have edited a number of PhD theses as a freelance editor. I have delivered mentor training and mentoring qualifications in varying contexts (voluntary and business sector). I am interested in innovation and how it is supported (or not) at work. I have undertaken field research in how creative writing can be developed through the application of multiple intelligences.
