With nearly two decades of progressive, hands-on experience in global supply chain planning, purchasing, strategic inventory management and enterprise systems leadership, I have built a career rooted in transformation, operational excellence and purpose-driven leadership. My journey, from early roles in production planning within the semiconductor industry to leading enterprise-wide ERP and digital initiatives for a global healthcare innovator, reflects a consistent commitment to driving results, building organizational resilience and championing people-centric growth across borders and business functions. Currently, I serve as Business System Manager at Dexcom, a global leader in diabetes technology, where I lead full-cycle Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) programs across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics. I collaborate closely with global and regional teams to deliver scalable, strategic solutions that support Dexcom’s operations across Asia, EMEA, and United States. By driving cross-functional execution, system integration, process automation and governance, I ensure high-performance systems that are agile, compliant and future-ready. Beyond system leadership, I serve as President of Diabetes United, Dexcom Malaysia’s Employee Resource Group (ERG). In this role, I lead a diverse and passionate team of 21 to deliver inclusion-driven programs, advocate for employee well-being and shape workplace culture at the leadership level. Representing the ERG at senior management forums. To make Dexcom not only a global leader in diabetes technology, but also a place where people truly feel supported, included, understood and connected. I bring the strategic mindset, cross-functional fluency and global execution capabilities essential for senior leadership in a multinational environment.
