Support in-house application and Market data (e.g. Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters) Provide application support and set up services on Corporate phone with both IOS and Android (e.g. MobileIron, Blackberry UEM) Provide technical support on remote issue like Citrix and Netscaler Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
