She helps clients respond to market manipulation and market abuse inquiries, regulatory enforcement actions, and trading investigations by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), exchanges, and civil plaintiffs. She has worked on almost a dozen high-frequency trading and spoofing cases, including the first criminal spoofing trial in the U.S. She has presented her analyses to U.S. regulators including the DOJ and CFTC.
