About Alice Freeman

I am at my best when I’m collaborating with dedicated, high-performing professionals to creatively solve complex problems. Following this passion has brought me to several roles in the mental health services industry which has been a rewarding opportunity to expand my project management capabilities. I find that being able to lead a project from end-to-end and seeing substantial change and growth is highly motivating. Doing this in any situation that helps to improve people’s lives in some way is a great use of the project management and people management skills I have developed.Being only a few years out of school, I didn’t expect to be managing people so early in my career, but having the chance to oversee third-party contractors and direct project teams to complete key objectives and meet project milestones has been a great developmental opportunity. Because the mental health industry is very compliance driven, I have had to learn to ensure my teams are meticulous in record-keeping and project updates. When I’m not hard at work, you can often find me weightlifting, painting, or studying up on dog breeds (I used to show dogs competitively and haven’t ruled out a return to this hobby). If my story resonated with you, I would love to connect so feel free to send me a message!
