About Alice Lerner

Designer using my craft to imagine a collective online future we can be excited about. Currently, I work at outracoisa* guiding products from initial conception through release and evolution, transforming abstract ideas into great tangible digital products. I also think (and occasionally write) about design's role in a society that spends increasing amounts of time on digital platforms, because I strongly believe we should design for long-term fulfillment rather than instant gratification. To explore this further, I've completed a master's in Communication Technologies and Aesthetics with a research about the digital user and it's power to shape our experience of the world. You can talk to me about product discovery and strategy, user research, information architecture, visual design, storytelling and agentic design. Hopefully soon we can have a great talk about machine learning and recommendation algorithms too, which are the topics I'm studying the most right now.
