About Alice Light

Skilled cannabis inventory manager with 5+ years of experience in the cannabis industry. I also have 10+ years of customer service experience, and 7+ years of managerial experience. Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. Strong understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills. I have extensive experience working with diverse teams, both in leadership and customer service roles. I believe in deeply understanding the individuals I lead to better support them in achieving their goals and advancing in their careers. I’m passionate about connecting with people and hearing their stories, which has allowed me to serve customers in a meaningful way. This approach has fostered repeat business and contributed to increased sales and customer loyalty throughout my career.I set two personal goals each day:(1) to be a better version of myself than I was yesterday, and (2) to make at least one person smile. I’m seeking a career where I can continue to grow and contribute to the success of others while fulfilling these goals.Outside of work, I’m a laid-back individual who enjoys hobbies such as crafting, gardening, photography, video games, and tabletop role-playing games. My husband and I love our peaceful High Springs neighborhood and often spend time paddleboarding at the nearby springs. We also enjoy taking our dog on long walks through nature parks and around our small town.
