About Alice Rietzmann

When I discovered kayaking during my childhood, I fell in love with it and I very quickly wanted to share my passion with others, whether by creating a canoe-polo team but also by being a kayak instructor for lots of different groups (schools, disabled people, club members) Putting people in motion, creating team synergy and reaping the first victories filled me so personally that I decided to make it my professional project. My dream? Developing the kayaks of tomorrow to extend the practice and its benefits to as many people as possible. Having a natural adaptability and a great open-mindedness, it was obvious for me to start my professional career abroad. A new country, a new culture, a new language, so many exciting challenges to take up. Today for 7 years in Germany, I am looking flook at the next challenge, always in search of ambition, novelty and sport!
