About Alice Simmonds

I am a Sustainability Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, working in the Global Sustainability Services Unit. I sit at the intersection of sustainability, business strategy and regulatory transformation (yes, it is as complex as it sounds - but also incredibly rewarding). My day-to-day revolves around helping large organizations make sense of their environmental and social impact, starting with solid ESG foundations for reporting (CSRD, EU Taxonomy.), operational steering or strategy development. Once the data flows and actually makes sense, that's when the real fun begins: co-creating strategies for decarbonization, climate resiliency and/or operational efficiency. I genuinely care about what I do - not just for the environmental outcomes, but also for the people I work with. My goal is to leave a positive (or at the very least, neutral!) footprint on this planet and spark meaningful change along the way.
