I focus on restructuring and insolvency issues as well as German - Dutch cross-border cases. My practice and expertise cover restructuring, insolvency and litigation,(cross-border) enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. Furthermore I am active in accountants and directors liability cases. I am frequently appointed by the Court as liquidator and trustee in (large) insolvency proceedings.
