Having obtained a Masters degree in creative direction whilst working full time for Liz Earle, I have the ability to prioritise to achieve proficient results in both, my education and my career. In my current role as a leader, I coach and support my team to drive results and deliver retail KPIs. I am constantly striving to lead a successful account which requires me to consistently analyse individual and account data to improve productivity and performance. My success within the retail sector has come from my adaptability to the individual as well as a genuine passion for driving customer experience. I am a quick learner, conscientious & highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
