Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams in fast-paced environments, introduced innovative systems and processes, and overseen the delivery of large-scale projects and campaigns. My passion for leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management has enabled me to drive significant growth and impact within every role I’ve held. Most recently, as Head of Global Delivery Excellence at The Marketing Practice (formerly Omobono), I lead a global delivery team of 50+, overseeing delivery of client work, while driving the integration of six agencies into a unified operation. I pride myself on creating efficient, scalable processes that meet the evolving needs of our clients and delivering high-quality, revenue-generating opportunities.
