As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, I joined the Open Source Software team in the Cloud and Customer Applications business unit. I worked with client John Lewis Partnerships on the E2E Waitrose stockflow transformation programme, developing cloud-based applications in AWS using Java, Spring Boot, and best practices in serverless and containerized deployments. I also completed in-house training at Capgemini, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and advanced software engineering practices, including security, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies. Prior to joining Capgemini, I was a Junior Software Engineer and C# Mentor at Northcoders, where I developed and refined the curriculum for C#, incorporating comprehensive modules on object-oriented programming, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor Framework. I also delivered comprehensive training on programming fundamentals, full-stack web development using JavaScript (including Express and React), and enhanced an internal Zoom management tool, optimising meeting coordination efficiency for the curriculum delivery department. I contributed to the development of critical components of the company's educational platforms, including the 'Learner Management System' for tracking student progress, an AWS-powered data platform for analysing and forecasting student trends, thereby enriching educational insights. I utilised a diverse tech stack: AWS, React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#, JavaScript, Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma, SQL.
