Hello! Hola! My name is Alicia Austhof, pronounced " a-LEE-SEE-a “ or Ali for short. I was born and raised a US Navy brat in Rota, Spain. I moved to the USA when I was in college and graduated with a degree in Multinational Business & Marketing from Florida State University in 1998, GO ‘NOLES! For the last 20 years, I call Woodstock, Georgia my home. My husband, Nathan, and I have three daughters and one son-in-law. We are active members of a local church and love our community. After college, I moved to Atlanta and started working for a telecom startup. I loved being a part of a company that was built from the ground up allowing me to get experience in many aspects of business operations and cross-functional teamwork. From there I took my experience to a pricing and marketing role in a large multinational technology corporation. This gave me much exposure to different business units and again working with and across multiple teams to accomplish common objectives for business success. All of my prior experiences have helped mold me into the Realtor I am today serving others. I desire to work with clients one-on-one and help them achieve their goals by getting to know them, understanding their needs/wants, educating them, and guiding them toward wise real estate decisions. I will walk with you every step of the way from contract to close! I am so thankful for my relationships with current and past clients and the referrals received to further grow my business. I represent both Sellers and Buyers and specialize in home sales throughout North Metro Atlanta - Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, Kennesaw, Marietta, Acworth, Woodstock, and Canton. I am fluent in both English & Spanish and have been licensed since 2005. I hold my Associate Broker license with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage.
