I’m dedicated to building teams through talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement using creative solutions and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. So what does that mean exactly?I am the project manager for anything talent acquisition. I fluctuate between consultative and internal approaches, allowing me to look at each project and process uniquely. Talent acquisition can be used as a broad term, so let me clarify the areas I specialize in: workforce planning, succession planning, employee retention and engagement, talent strategy, candidate experience, employer and talent branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Basically, think of my specialty as anything that impacts the strategic objectives of the organization and the talent that accomplishes those goals. Now back to that unicorn…think of your ideal team member. That person who has the skills you need, the ability to challenge the status quo and elevate your team’s success. If you have a box to check, they have checked it. That is your unicorn! Using sourcing and negotiation techniques, I am able to not only locate these majestic unicorns, but also provide a comprehensive view of our total rewards to build the best teams yet!By combining metrics, strategy, and human interaction, I am proud to contribute to my company’s success one team member at a time.
