About Alicia Conner

Alicia Conner is Director of Sales at Pharmavite, supporting Walmart US and Walmart.com. She manages the business operations and customer specific strategy for Nature Made – the largest and most trusted vitamin and supplement brand. Alicia is an innovator and problem solver whose creative approach with consumer insights, her ability to communicate and leverage data, and her passion for cross-functional inclusion has enabled strong relationships and business results. She’s a millennial who is an avid supporter of women in business and strives to facilitate a motivating environment for her team. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her doing a creative project around her house or chasing her kids. Within the business community, Alicia served 8 years on the Regional Board of the NWA Network of Executive Women. She’s actively involved with Chi Omega, the largest US women’s collegiate organization, as a member of their National Recruitment Team and had nearly 15 years supporting the University of Arkansas's founding chapter as their Recruitment Advisor. Alicia has been in CPG for 15 years and continues to find innovative ways to drive the business. She holds a BA in communications and journalism from the University of Arkansas. Alicia and her husband Drew live in Fayetteville with their two kids (2yo and 4yo both names after superstars, you should ask her about it). She also has several pets. Between the kids and pets, it’s a zoo at all times.
