Working across strategy, sustainability, and transformation to help global organisations operate with clarity and purpose. With a decade of experience across global professional services, I support senior leaders and clients alike to design strategies, shape target operating models, and drive organisation-wide transformation. Much of my work centres on connecting the dots between intention and execution: aligning strategy to structure, translating ambition into operating models, and embedding sustainability into the core of how organisations grow and deliver. In my current role on PwC’s Global Sustainability Platform, I lead strategic planning cycles, develop strategies for emerging sustainability topics, manage stakeholder alignment across territories, and guide cross-functional programs that enable quality and consistency in the delivery of sustainability services to our clients. Focus areas: strategy development and strategic planning, operating model transformation, Chief of Staff leadership, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable business transformation.
