About Alicia Fleming

As a veteran business leader, Alicia brings more than 25 years of experience managing programs in universities, convention centers, hotels, senior living, and real estate. She earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and has worked across the East Coast from Maine to Florida. With great passion for the outdoors and her home state, Alicia returned to Vermont in 2011. As a results-oriented entrepreneur and business professional with proven expertise in sales, relationship building, public relations/marketing, and client services she founded Golden Guide Real Estate, LLC at KW Vermont and Golden Guide Senior Living Advisor, LLC in 2022. Alicia has specialized in working with older adults since 2016. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Qualified Candidate for Senior Living Advisor Certification, Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Alicia is known for her compassion and commitment to her clients who she supports in transitioning to the concept of right-sized or shared living communities while navigating the complexities of their home sale. Alicia enjoys spending free time with her family and yellow lab, Willow. With her husband Frank, she loves exploring Vermont by hiking, biking, skiing, and listening to live music.
