About Alicia Lantz

Graduated from Edinboro University with a BFA concentration in Photography. Had the pleasure of completing an internship with the Erie Art Museum. Upon graduating from Edinboro I began working at the Barber National Institute as a Direct Support Professional. After 2 years I transitioned into the Educating and Training department. Over the past 7 years I have evolved in the role. I began to research and develop topics to create online interactive learning courses for staff to complete to stay within state regulations. Personally recorded, edited and coded each project. I have been called dependable, reliable and flexible with scheduling many different courses. I am a confident public speaker and perform this task almost daily. I work with various departments to ensure staff completion of trainings.
