After years of working in the fitness industry, helping individuals reach their personal health and fitness goals, I discovered a passion for broader wellness initiatives. Transitioning into corporate wellness, I have found immense fulfillment in designing and managing programs that improves employee well-being on a larger scale, impacting entire organizations, as well as the community. Despite this shift, my love for personal coaching has remained strong, leading me to launch Wellness Rockstar Coaching, where I continue to guide individuals in setting and achieving their health goals. Through this business, I teach clients how to make sustainable changes to their health behaviors, empowering them to live their best, healthiest lives. My mission is to blend both individual and corporate wellness, creating a comprehensive approach to health that reaches as many people as possible.
