As the sole HR lead at CrowdProperty, I own the full people remit and have transformed HR from an outsourced function into a strategic, embedded part of the business. I’ve built and embedded performance frameworks, led restructure activity, and developed a values-led culture grounded in accountability and clarity. I design people strategies that scale, combining hands-on delivery with a strong grip on risk, compliance and engagement. My work spans the entire employee lifecycle. From streamlining onboarding and policy design to managing complex ER cases and advising on senior hires, I bring structure, pace and consistency. I partner closely with the leadership team on strategic projects that improve compliance, reduce costs and strengthen internal operations, including insourcing HR, implementing new systems, and overhauling contracts and documentation to meet the needs of a regulated, scaling business. I take a clear, practical approach to HR. I focus on what works, enable managers to lead effectively, and continuously look for ways to improve delivery. I’m also exploring how AI can support more efficient, insight-led people practices.
