For the past 10+ years, I have served as an influential leader who leads complex research projects from inception to completion while collaborating cross-functionally with a multitude of internal and external key stakeholders to ensure departmental success. Personally, I value the ability to provide exceptional guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues while cultivating a diverse and thought-provoking environment. My career started as a solutions-driven Senior Project Manager to currently the Director of Project Management. I am experienced in spearheading all phases of the project management lifecycle for complex qualitative market research projects from initial analysis and planning through development and delivery on time and within budget. Adept in driving all phases of project management including scope determination, establishing project goals, plans, and schedules, workload delegation, status/financial reporting, and team building and supervision while consistently meeting/exceeding established objectives for delivery. Expertise in building project teams, resolving risks, defining project goals and breaking down projects into manageable parts, resolving issues, and leading oversight of project strategy for multiple concurrent projects.
