Hello! A little bit about my role at CoxHealth - I assess and review contracts, proposals, and agreements from third-party vendors to ensure they meet our system's specific needs and goals. This includes being actively involved in negotiating a wide variety of IT contracts, such as Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Consulting Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Maintenance Agreements. My main focus is securing the best possible business terms, including competitive pricing, discounts, service levels, and other important provisions, all while staying aligned with the priorities and objectives of the relevant departments. To make sure I am meeting the needs of each department, I work closely with organizational teams, especially Information Technology, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and others. By understanding their individual requirements and long-term strategies, I’m able to ensure that our contracts are tailored to optimize cost, quality, and performance in a way that supports our organization’s overall financial and operational goals. I take great pride in my ability to negotiate effectively, pay close attention to detail, and build strong, positive relationships with vendors, all of which help drive successful outcomes for the organization.
