My background combines a decade of experience in heavy quantitative skills and applied statistics, research, multi-channel integrated marketing and advertising, developmental leadership, and psychology, to build a foundation for 360 degree insight-driven marketing. I am a passionate people leader, employing a developmental style to help employees learn, grow, and develop. Putting people first, building relationships based on trust and mutual respect, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and "real-human" not "work robot" culture is my first priority. People-first. Inspiring teams to use data as a foundation for creative thinking and strategic decision-making is icing on the cake. I love creating smart campaigns that balance bottom line metrics and consumer joy. I will also always be passionate about tackling big data, leveraging smart teams and tools to turn data into insights, and translating those insights into actionable next steps. Personally, I love animals and am a foster mom for rescue dogs. I spend my time cooking, traveling, working out, and doing anything that could be considered a new adventure: from starting a new great book to embarking on a road trip through New Zealand.
