In the last 20+ years through hard work, dedication, commitment and always going the extra mile, I have achieved my current role of Operations Manager at BASF Coatings Services. I love new challenges and projects as I am always aiming to learn new skills through different areas of the business. I have learnt a great deal about the end to end Supply Chain process at a local level, international level, Service Provider and end user customer needs. No matter where I’ve been, I’ve produced excellent work because I’m dedicated to making sure each piece stands out from the crowd and know how important each person's contribution in the team is. Whether it’s analyzing & reviewing data & KPI’s or looking into operational and individual efficiencies to improve customer services and reducing or retaining costs, I pride myself on my ability to recognize and articulate a distinct voice for every project and task. I enjoy working with motivated teams that are solution driven and celebrate each milestone achieved together and always learning from things that did not go as planned. Keeping on top of projects and making sure all parts get to the finish line at the same time is one thing I do best. The ability to juggle projects and never missing a deadline didn’t just develop through my professional experience. It also comes from having 2 kids in four years – both with very different abilities, personalities, activities, schedules and demands. It was adapt; or die trying. I’ve learned to budget my time and my assets, and most importantly, I’ve learned to be flexible and to get things done.
