About Aligi Frezza

I am currently working as Project Manager in the Water and Fume Treatment Plants business unit at Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.P.A. I gained experience in project management discipline also through my previous role as Project Manager in Piovan SpA, after the completion of a Master in Business Administration (MBA). My educational background is a degree in Materials Engineering, achieved with a project carried out at the Rolls-Royce UTC at Cambridge University (UK). I tailored my university studies with a particular focus on metals and biomaterials. During my current activity, I gained the ability to deal with numerous stakeholders in complex settings. In these situations, the achievement of a timely delivery within the assigned budget and with the expected quality is a must. I am inspired by topics related to innovation and the industrial and business management education provides me with the ability to analyze, understand and renovate processes and ideas into practical reality, in a manner that meets Company market vision and sustains customer satisfaction. I describe myself as pragmatic and result-oriented person who is enthusiastic for continuous learning. I am also especially motivated to work in a young, dynamic and prone-to-change environment, in particular in international scenarios.
