With more than a decade of experience in the digital marketing and advertising industry, I am a versatile and dynamic leader who has held various strategic and operational roles in agencies, including the creation of the global network agency, Merge Infinity Network. I have worked closely with several leading brands, CMOs, and marketing heads, and helped them build, scale, and transform their businesses with effective and creative solutions. Currently, as the Business Head for North India and interim incharge of South India at FoxyMoron, I oversee, expand, and optimize the agency's operations in the region, serving as a liaison among nine partner agencies in the network. I play a pivotal role in realizing the founders' vision and the CEO's strategic plans, creating a cohesive network experience across different domains, such as technology, talent, creative production, media, and experiential marketing. I also manage the end-to-end P&L responsibilities and ensure the organization's financial well-being with a strong focus on bottom-line results. Moreover, I prioritize organizational culture and talent development by mentoring, training, and enhancing the skills of the existing workforce.
