About Alin Cilgin

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics at Jönköping International Business School, focusing on finance, management, and leadership. This semester, I’m on an exchange at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, where I study courses in marketing, leadership, and business management while gaining valuable international experience in a new academic and cultural environment. Alongside my studies in Sweden, I have worked part-time in retail at H&M, where I strengthened my skills in customer service, sales, and teamwork. Previously, I served as Project Manager for the Ball Committee at JIBS, where I led a team of 12 people, managed budgets, built partnerships with companies, and organized large-scale events. This experience developed my abilities in leadership, communication, event planning, and strategic thinking. I’m passionate about expanding my expertise in business and leadership, and I’m eager to take on new challenges that push me beyond my comfort zone. My goal is to continually grow, both personally and professionally, and deliver meaningful results in every role I take on.
