About Alin David

With over 20 years of work experience in human resources, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create a positive and productive work environment for my team and the organization. My core competencies include learning management, team building, executive coaching, and policy development. I have a master's degree in psychology and a PhD in the same field, which enables me to apply psychological theories and principles to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and performance. Currently, I am the Senior Manager of Human Resources for North, Central, and Eastern Europe at Aspen Technology, a global leader in asset optimization software. In my current role, I coordinate the human resources team across multiple countries and regions, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services and solutions to our internal and external stakeholders. I am responsible for establishing and implementing effective retention, and development strategies, as well as maintaining and updating human resource policies and procedures. I also conduct annual performance evaluations, and provide support for developing and implementing personal development plans.
