I am a Senior Project Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, and project delivery, currently focusing on Cloud, DevOps, and IT project management roles in remote-first environments. My career journey started in customer and technical support, where I developed strong problem-solving and client-facing skills, and evolved into managing complex IT projects at a global level with Wipro. In my current role, I lead infrastructure and networking projects, working with technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, ServiceNow, and enterprise ITSM platforms. I collaborate with international teams, coordinate migrations, and deliver automation initiatives using AI-assisted tools like Copilot. These experiences allowed me to combine technical depth with project management expertise, driving measurable improvements such as reducing incident resolution times and ensuring successful delivery for large-scale clients. I bring not only technical expertise in IT systems, networking, and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform) but also strong stakeholder communication, cross-team collaboration, and client relationship management skills. This rare mix of engineering knowledge, business acumen, and people skills makes me highly adaptable in roles that require bridging technical and organizational needs.
