About Alin Gadea

With over 8 years of experience in software testing, I am a passionate and skilled Test Manager at Capgemini, where I lead agile testing projects for various clients. I specialize in creating test plans, test cases, and test-matrix, as well as overseeing integration testing, system testing, and regression testing. I am motivated by delivering high-quality products that meet the stakeholders' needs and expectations, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior testers. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in working with different cross-functional teams and fluency in English and German. In my current role as a Test Manager at Capgemini, I am responsible for allocating tasks to the team on a daily basis and reporting on results to QA management. I also oversee the testing effort on my assigned projects, and ensure that the testing activities are aligned with the agile methodology and best practices. I use my skills in agile application development, system testing, and requirements analysis to design and execute effective testing strategies, and to identify and solve complex issues. I also draft training materials regarding specific QA subjects, and provide coaching and feedback to the team members to help them grow professionally. I am proud of the successful delivery of multiple testing projects for various clients, and the positive feedback I received from the management and the stakeholders.
