Acting as Agile Delivery Manager for several delivery teams from initial concepts to the final products, ensuring successful delivery through Agile methodologies. Passionate about gathering people together and building dynamic teams of individuals that share a nice working environment (I am very focused on understanding the people behaviors, selecting and assigning them to the teams where they will match the best, coach them, mentor them, guide them and let them roll).
