About Alin Lazar

I am a passionate and dedicated Senior Consultant at Randstad Romania, with solid experience in both Blue Collar and predominantly White Collar recruitment. I specialize in technical roles such as engineers, technicians, and senior or top management positions, while also managing volume and BPO recruitment projects. My role extends beyond talent acquisition—I’m also actively involved in Business Development, where I engage and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries. Additionally, I act as an Account Manager, continuously developing my client portfolio and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through tailored, responsive support. I am also a core member of the Customer Delight initiative, where my team and I focus on the well-being and engagement of both talents and clients, fostering long-term success and trust. For me, recruitment is more than just matching a candidate to a position—it's about shaping futures and contributing meaningfully to people’s professional growth.
